To the Honorable the Judges of the Court of Common Pleas for Pickaway County
The undersigned petitioners beg leave to represent to your honors that we deem an additional house of entertainment would conduce to the public interest in the Town of Tarlton. We therefore recommend Mr. Geo. W. Magee of said Town as being a man every way calculated to keep a public house, and as the stage stops at his house every day, we respectfully request the Honorable court to grant to him a license to keep a tavern in said town - and as in duty bound we will ever pray.
